The Guest Wi-Fi Solution module helps in integrating the hotel Wi-Fi service providers with the hotel such that the people at the front office are equipped with the necessary tools to control the internet usage among the guests.
The login information such as username and password are generated during the check-in of a guest based on the details of check-in, check-out and time of stay. The validity of the login is set at the time of activation which, however, gets invalidated at the time of check-out.

The duration of Wi-Fi availability for each day can be configured based on the needs through the Wi-Fi Plan Master. It can also be limited to a number of users and within a restricted bandwidth. The restriction comes as a responsibility for the hotels as they are accountable for the web surfing done on their premises. The vendor details can be configured as and when necessary with the help of Wi-Fi Vendor Master.
This module, thus, aids the hotel in providing an enhanced guest experience along with a safe and secure environment.
