This module enables the creation and integration of an online hotel booking engine to the website of the property in their desired theme. The booking engine is an application incorporated into the website that supports seamless hotel reservations by the guests.
The website, apart from booking, supports customer registrations too. It collects details such as Name, Address, Email ID, D.O.B, Nationality, ID proof, and Payment mode among others. In cases of bookings by corporate and agents, details of the company and the agents are also collected.
The booking engine enables booking of multiple room types in many numbers at a time, subject to availability. Prices can be customized for those users who book using the hotel website. The system is well integrated with the Front Office, therefore changes made to the system such as bookings and others get updated at the front desk at any instant. Also, the activities of the Front office get reflected in the booking engine.
The module, along with other features, has remarks (instructions) column against each service option to make note of the requirements of each guest. Requests for room blocking can also be noted in the column.
